Application for Canary Islands apartments. The roof before application, the classic asphalt cardboard, reached a temperature of 60°C, thereby heating the entire interior of the apartment, where we measured a temperature of around 38°C. After thoroughly cleaning the roof with water and drying it, we applied 2mm Bronya Classic and 0.5mm Bronya Aquablock. Then we applied 2.5 mm of Bronya Facade over the entire surface of the facade of the apartment and achieved an optimal temperature of 30°C measured on the surface and 20°C inside the apartment. As a result, we reduced the cost of air conditioning, which is high for 280 apartments.
