The Bronya insulation application in apartments in the Canary Islands reduced the indoor temperature from 38 °C to 20 °C and significantly reduced air conditioning costs for 280 units.

Application for apartments Canary Islands. The roof before the application, classic asphalt felt reached a temperature of 60°C, which heated the entire interior space of the apartment, where we measured a temperature of around 38°C. After thoroughly cleaning the roof with water and drying it, we applied 2mm Bronya Classic and 0.5mm Bronya Aquablock. Then we also applied Bronya Facade over the entire surface of the apartment facade 2.5mm and achieved the optimal temperature of 30°C measured on the surface and inside the apartment 20°C. Thus, we reduced the costs of air conditioning, which for 280 apartments these costs are high.
