Safer operation thanks to a significant reduction in chimney temperature with Bronya Classic.

Application on the flue gas chimney Bronya Classic. At first, we measured the temperature inside the chimney at 239°C. On the second attempt, we measured the surface temperature at 120°C after previously spraying 1.5mm of Bronya Classic thermal insulation coating. Subsequently, we applied Bronya Classic plus 120g of geotextile on the chimney, achieving a reduction in surface temperature to 51°C. After the final application of 200g of geotextile along with Bronya Classic insulation, we achieved a temperature of +46°C. For this project, it was important to reach an optimum temperature to prevent burns to workers and to solve the problem of heating other industrial machines that work in close proximity, which were experiencing faster wear.
